Our support network works directly with society, government agencies, families of victims, and other organizations to examine, and work to clear unsolved homicides.
MISSING PERSONS
Eagle Cold Case and Missing Person Institute facilities the education and training of missing persons cases. Working directly with independent specialized investigative teams to trained and certify in the ECCMPI Certified Cold Case Examiner (3CE) training program.
The ECCMPI support network works directly with society, government agencies, families of victims, and other organizations to examine and ultimately work to find answers and return the missing person to their family.

At the core of our mission is support for the family and victims of homicides and missing persons. Eagle Cold Case and Missing Person Institute works very closely with victims and family members of victims of homicide and missing persons.
The ECCMPI Advocacy team works with various agencies and programs, provides resources, and in many times, a shoulder.

PROJECT DATA COLLECTION
The number of cold or "unsolved" cases in America is at epidemic proportions, topping 211,000 unsolved homicides since 1980.
It is important to understand that this number is not necessarily critical of law enforcement. The shear numbers of cases far outweigh the amount of investigators, given often stretched resources and manpower.
Project Data Collection is a research project with the mission of analyzing the types of cases, versus the outside influences to why they have gone cold.
EDUCATION
Eagle Cold Case and Missing Person Institute offers cold case and investigative training to law enforcement agencies, civic groups, private investigators and more.
ECCMPI offers certification level investigative courses including our Certified Cold Case Examiner (3CE), which focuses on leadership, cohesive teams, and a strict process to analyze unresolved cases, which produces actionable intelligence, and creates viable leads for the investigative process.
